A seasoned competitor across Alberta, British Columbia, and the United States, Kyle has found success in competition as a white belt all the way up to facing black belts.
Gifted with the athleticism of an upside-down turtle, Kyle is proof positive that if you are willing to put in the work anyone can succeed in Jiu-Jitsu. Kyle takes a well-rounded approach to grappling, emphasizing takedowns, passing, sweeps, and submissions equally


Power Yoga – a vinyasa based style of yoga that involves flowing from one pose to the next, with each movement linked to breath. It focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility.

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Darrin, our Head Kickboxing Instructor! Darrin is the driving force behind our Kickboxing classes and our 6am Power Hour fitness classes.
He is a certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience working with a wide variety of athletes. Darren’s has worked with all forms of athletes ranging from Olympians, pro and semi pro hockey players, combat sports athletes and your everyday mother of three who’s just trying to squeeze a workout into her busy schedule.
